Even though the number doesn't reflect it, I'm actually doing better (at the moment! lol). I'm feeling more in control, and getting back into an exercise routine. I got a new workout DVD - Piloxing. Loving it! It's pilates and boxing combined and I burn about 400 calories in the 50 min or so workout. So decent calorie burn and it seems to focus on women's trouble spots - butt, thighs and arms. I also bought the weighted gloves - about one pound each, which doesn't seem like much but really does add to the workout. Especially on those moves with your arms outstretched.

I had a few rough days there of really missing my Bo boy, but yesterday wasn't so bad.

Still working on the bedroom, believe it or not! Today I'll finish painting a cabinet my husband built to be recessed in the wall below the wall mounted TV. Wasn't sure at first I wanted to go this route, but I think it'll tie in nicely with the floor length mirror (that conceals the gun rack! - gonna turn that into storage for linens or books, though) that is on the other side of the fireplace. Should look nice. My husband still doesn't know about all the stuff I bought to turn the room into some magical Moroccan paradise (lol), so I'll wait until the room is finished and pull it all out one day when he's working and then try to do that one-day makeover. Unless it looks stupid with the new colors and tiles.

So that's my life right now. Ups and downs, just like everyone else's! Have a great day!
