finally!!! I lose nothing for almost 2 weeks then I lose 0.2lbs then today another 1lbs (after almost 2 weeks, finally lost 1.2 lbs) at least it's consistent with slow weight-loss which is supposedly the optimal way of losing weight.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
