finally a little weight-loss... only 0.2 lbs but better then staying 1 ½ lbs away from my latest low for nearly two weeks! I deserve a little confidence boost. so I'll take it.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
