Wow, I wasn't gaining and then switched macros by increasing carbs and decreasing fats. And I went back down to 3800. My body clearly likes to store carbs.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
