Still here and suspect I will settle at this weight for a while 🐝❤️😘
169.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maybe your body thinks that's ok weight for you. Don't always rely on maths, some things can't be calculated.

Yes I think you are right Nunido I am ok with the weight even though my BMI says I should be a stone/6kg lighter. My body shape is good having lost 20lbs in the last 6 months, my diet is good and healthy, my BP was up at hypertension grade2 6 months ago and has now been within normal for the last 3 months and 2 of those off medication, my liver scan and surrounding test were all normal from being in a poor way previously and the rest of my health is all good. I have to be pleased with all of this for somebody in their early 60s. I think my body seems to be saying “take a break” so will see how this goes over the next few weeks 🐝❤️😘

I think that BMI and recommended weight are more of a guidelines than something to blindly stick to. Every body is different and you done great so far!
