I lost 1 lb. Ok, it is a loss, but I want more. It is not fair that I can gain 10 lbs a day, but only loose 1 lb a week.
I think I have found my comfortable calorie intake that will keep me from my blood sugar drops. I think my next step is to increase my exercise level. I have been walking for 45 minutes a day. I think my problem is two fold. 1) I am not pushing myself, just a leisurely stroll. 2) I don't think time exercise is working for me. I will have to go for distance or steps taken.
With that being said, what or do you recommend for a fitness tracker? I tried Ifit aspire and was not really impressed. Any suggestions?

Lift weights. ;)

I agree, lifting weights is the best way to lose weight, your body consumes more calories with additional muscle, if you can add an incline to your walks, that makes it strength training. But to answer your question I have tried several and the Apple Watch is my favorite
