I really didn’t diet the way I should have. Had some week moments and went over calories several days in a row. I’m sure that is the reason for the weight gain. Still ran three days. One more day amd I finish this phase of the non to run the. I will start the 5k phase. Great program.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
