Welcome February!!! hi my FS Fams still trending up 13 lbs away from 200lbs again this is shameful but as of today for the 3rd time in 6 months I am starting over and committed to return to my healthy lifestyle. Going to ask for your help this time if you don't see me post please comment on my pg keep me committed. I'm doing awful health wise again all number and labs are out of control my body hates this weight I'm in.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 61.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

They say third times a charm…I’ll be watching you…sad to hear everything is wacko. You turned it all around once so you know what to do. Do it again but commit to it being forever. You can do this ! You see yourself as 13 pounds away from 200 , I see a strong woman who has gone from 248 pounds down to 187 that is Awesome it’s truly amazing that you have lost over 60 pounds you are going for your goal and you are more then half way there you are inspiring I hope to accomplish what you have to get out of the 200’s would be great for me .You’ve got this you are a roll model for this old lady 😍

I think learning to live with imperfection is at the root of my eating disorder...(all-or-nothing approach to eating / health) sometimes I fail, sometimes I persevere...oh I'm only human?
