Happy Monday! I truly feel it's happy Monday too. Down into the next pound!!!!
Pre-planning really helped me through the weekend. With a baby shower (foods and cake/cookies/candy), and a birthday at a restaurant (also with cake - I LOVE frosting)! I thought I would really struggle, but I didn't. And BOTH times I had cake (and 1 cookie).

Previewing the menu for the restaurant in advance (and sticking to my choice) helped. And although I didn't know what food would be at the baby shower, luckily my nephew and niece are healthy eaters so there was a nice salad and grilled chicken at the buffet, so that is what I had. Since it was the weekend, I was able to add more walking time in to which I'm also sure contributed. Woo-hoo!

If your Monday hasn't started off as positive, just stick with it and try to pre-plan those tough situations going forward (and add in a little extra exercise if you eat a little extra). You've got this! Still doing it slowly, but watch out rabbit! 🐢
