Motivated's Journal, 30 July 2007

Ketosticks deep purple; Body fat 40.4%. Took first day off from excersizing. Discovered that the sugar free jello I had a couple of days ago actually had 17 grams of sugar! (I picked up the wrong package after studying thelabel.) Ketosticks still turned color. I had chunked chicken with a couple of almonds, blue chees dressing for breakfast, combined lunch and dinner was veal with sauted mushrooms, salad with a couple cherry tomatos and blue cheese dressing. Dessert A and W Cream Soda float. Coffee with half and half in the morning and evening. One diet coke; lots of water.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

chunked chicken was from a can? (just curious, that sounds good) can you switch from half & half to heavy cream too? its much richer (for me anyways) and better on the carb count.

Celeroo--The chicken was from a roasted chicken I bought at the grocery store. It gets me by when I don't feel like cooking and I can use it for a lot of different purposes. As for the half and half vs heavy cream-I actually tried that and the heavy cream tastes too thick to me. The carb count is different but not wildly so. I do use heavy cream in cooking or blender drinks etc--that is fantastic.
