It will be because you've lost so much weight that you're now at maintenace. If you've lost muscle this will happen quicker. You might be confused because calorie calculators are telling you your maintenace is a few hundred calories higher, but losing weight causes your body to become more efficient (and as such will not need to use as much fat for energy) and sometimes lose muscle and even bone density (which would be dangerous, and as such is one of the reasons not to be in a deficit for too long at a time). If you want to increase your maintenace to create a deficit, doing exercise and building muscle will help. You could alternatively decrease the amount your eating, but this should be done with caution. It could be a good idea to stay at maintence for a week or 2 to give your body a break, depending on how long you've been in a deficit and how big the deficit was. You've done great so far well done!

Thank you BebBabBosh you explanation makes perfect sense. My body has been on maintenance for a month which I think is long enough so I am happy it is moving again and your suggestion to exercise more to create that deficit makes perfect sense. Maybe it’s time to buy some weights or join a gym 🐝❤️😘
