I will try this for the two weeks. I like the products. They are easy to grab and go in the morning. And then I just need to watch what I eat at supper. I can eat freely fruits and vegetables - i like that. So here we go! I've also walked two days straight for 20 minutes each day. It may not be much, but it is a start - again :(
