Weight is back up a little. Last night needed a little meat and bread. Had 3 meatballs with sauce and a side of garlic bread at our local pizza place. Best guess is that it's still 'processing' and I'll see a drop tomorrow.

Taking the 'die' out of diet, this Sat. morning. I made 'diet' cheese blintzes. 1 egg, 1/4 cup unbleached flour, 1/2 teasp. vanilla, mixed with water until runny enough to make a thin pancake. 1 oz Neufchatel cheese warmed in microwave, then mixed with 1 teasp. powdered sugar. Then heated about 1/4 cup of blueberries in microwave until they started to pop. Halved the egg/flour mixture in frying pan to make (2) blintzes until done on both sides. Then spread warm Neufchatel mixture, then warm berries. Folded over and put a few berries and remaining Neufchatel mixture on top. I had measured for a full cup of blueberries so I'm sitting here munching on the remainder now. Comes in at 337 calories. Good start to a Saturday! (Note, 1 is missing in the pic - had to do the 'taste test') ;-p
158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
