1957 kcal Fat: 91.84g | Prot: 106.69g | Carb: 178.25g.   Breakfast: Pork Chop, Kroger 100% Whole Wheat Bread (34g), Egg. Lunch: Nabisco Triscuit Thin Crisps Original, Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar. Dinner: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Olives (Small-Extra Large), Stouffer's Chicken Alfredo (Family Size). Snacks/Other: Gala Apples, Atkins Advantage Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll Bar, Eskimo Pie Dark Chocolate (No Sugar Added), Atkins Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Gala Apples. more...
