Weighed in today at 234.4 and measured 34% bodyfat

Started adding 5 mg of monohydrate creatine to my protein shakes to build more fat burning muscle.
234.4 lb Lost so far: 83.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
