Hey mate, we came back yesterday.. I'll go back to calorie counting and gym on Monday. Holiday was soooo intense, that we have to take two days to be lazy and have rest 🤣 I made crazy amount of steps last week..but also ate crazy amount of calories 😃 lol we tried to manage it by eating twice a day, but we ate out a lot and all food was sooo calorie dense 🥴 since we came back we started straight away with citrus, then salads, then Broccoli...I feel my body screaming for some fibre, vitamins and nutrients 🤣 How are you doing? Are you happy with your progress?

Yeah so I’ve lost 1.5 pound this week but defo didn’t move as much this week as our machines were not running but it’s still 16 pound in 3 weeks so not too bad managed to get out twice on 7 mile walks on top of the 2.5 miles the rest of this week so hoping for a 3+ pound weight loss this week I am going to have a few shandy’s tonight cos Newcastle are playing in the cup so factored them in lol glad you had a blowout on holiday that’s what there for eat drink and be merry lol here’s to you smashing it this week

1.5 is still good! Loosing slowly might be even better, it will give your skin time to follow the change.. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter how much as long as it's consistent, and unlike me you are consistent.. so keep doing whatever you done so far 🙂
