Thank You Una! I am loving the consistent loss in weight I'm having with my new Shorties Losing It way of eating. :)I ended Nov. weighing 180.2 (which was my target goal for the month) & with each DAY in Dec my weight has dropped. :)

Yes it does,I dont think I *really* understood just how much they count until Deb reached her target weight.Her success made me take a closer look at how I was doing things. It helped me readjust my attitude & that made a huge difference IN me & the results are showing up on the OUTSIDE :)
