ok I can do this if I realy see results
megga suppliments involved including thyroid and pair support
I litteraly gag on them on the way down but I'm feeling better
not the constant exhaustion
but on the flip side the low blood sugar headaches and anxiety asssociate are very emotionally draining
forge on
379.2 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 79.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
