JovialJ's Journal, 02 December 2014

So, to improve compliance with getting things done, I wrote a list of things that I want to work on. I didn't set time frames or put the pressure of getting them done today on myself, but just created an intention as I went to sleep last night. I still woke with little motivation, but was more willing to work toward my goals. Apathetic feelings have been getting in my way to moving forward. I will continue to search out ways to keep my sense of purpose and motivation up. This road to better health is not easy but it is so worth doing. 30 minutes of cardio core flow, jessica smith free videos. My legs are wobbly now. Ha Ha. I feel good. (reminds me of a James Brown song) J

Glad you feel good after exercising. My doctor told me to walk for more minutes, because after a certain number of minutes you really do start to feel good. When you get that feeling good feeling, you have done it right. I really wish I said that better. lol Anyway, I hope you understood what I am trying to say. :)
