Adam my worst ever thing is jumping on the scale but I did it anyway whatever the outcome it’s better to face it

Adam in my eyes I only seen a handsome Gentleman you look great …. Maintenance is something everyone needs to stick with you look great I shouldn’t worry too much 💗💕😉

Aww Nadia you are too, at my current weight I don’t feel good and if I don’t get back on the right path it won’t stop, so I’m determined to get back to a good fit and healthy weight where I can be confident again.
