Well, at least I learned that my BMR is below 1500 cals because that's what I ate most days and I gained 5-6 lbs in 2.5 months. Not good...
145.0 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
