My 3 day fat fast will end at 1pm today. I feel great. Building confidence and building hope for a healthier future. My concentration today is not to bingle in my eating window and to get enough calories.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I don't do extended fasts, just curious, what do they suggest you eat after a fast? Protein, carbs etc?
