Getting closer to my goal of <250 by new years eve. eeek. took forever to bounce back from Thanksgiving but am finally headed in the right direction again. Have to keep my eye on the prize these next couple weeks.
253.7 lb Lost so far: 32.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1377 kcal Fat: 45.21g | Prot: 102.04g | Carb: 138.57g.   Breakfast: Wal-Mart 2% Milk, General Mills Cheerios, Great Value Original Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Great Value Honey Wheat Bread, Kraft Miracle Whip Dressing, Boiled Egg, Butterball Thanksgiving Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: Ken's Steak House Lite Honey Mustard Dressing, Great Value Chicken Gravy, Mashed Potato, Kraft Shake 'n Bake Original Chicken, Kirkland Signature Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins. Snacks/Other: Pure Protein Vanilla Milkshake. more...
