This is the first time since November 11th and my holiday that my weight has properly gone down. One week on holiday and 3 weeks to get back on track. it was worth it though 🐝❤️😘
173.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
