Gained.Saw it coming...It's okay ,1 day of starving,water and exercise will get me back on track! I need to work hard,was so close to my goal.

Feel bloated and fat now...
126.1 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 13.9 lb a week

Maybe you should stop weighing yourself daily. Body weight fluctuates for many reasons. It will drive you crazy. Love your body at any weight!

It's fine i got my weight back ( and yes i ate). I do it so if i gained weight I know I should eat less.It like a support thing. ☺
