Got my polar watch, doing xt tapout 2 and bodybuilding. Cycling carb is working well
173.3 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent work. I just viewed your weight loss. Keep up the great work. Sorry I have been out of the site for awhile but I am glad to see you are sticking to your weight loss goals.
