Big lose I think from the fact that the last time I weighted I had inflammation so it didn’t show my true weight lose for the week. I’m still running and dieting all the same as I have been.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
