Weight down a little today. Not quite where it was day before yesterday. Hopefully back there for 2m0’s weigh-in.

Feeling tired and unmotivated this morning. Usually I walk my first 1/2 mile right after breakfast. Today, I’m going to go back to bed.

Planned next week’s menu: Monday finish Chinese Casserole; Tues, Wed, Thurs spaghetti with half slice bread w/butter; Fri-Sat Cracker Barrel Homestyle Chicken & cooked carrots: Sunday clam strips, tartar and loaded baked potato. Striving to keep calories under 1.450 calories a day average.
222.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1865 kcal Fat: 98.88g | Prot: 54.30g | Carb: 211.30g.   Breakfast: Skippy Extra Crunchy Super Chunk Peanut Butter, Land O'Lakes Salted Butter, Dave's Killer Bread Good Seed Bread. Lunch: Chinese Casserole (serving is 1/8th of casserole). Dinner: Domino Sugar Granulated Sugar, Albertsons Heavy Whipping Cream , Dave's Killer Bread Good Seed Bread, Butter (Salted), Cooked Immature Lima Beans (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other: Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark Squares, Planters Whole Cashews, Rold Gold Pretzel Sticks , Navels Oranges . more...

I'm feeling the same way since yesterday, Debbie. Hang in there. You're doing great. It's ok to have a day to rest body and soul. Enjoy a slow day :)
