So yesterday was supposed to be day 2 of p90x, but I think i'm out for a bit, as I pulled my back muscles in the side pretty bad and now am in quite a lot of pain. Even breathing hurts right now. I suspect this is going to take a couple days to heal.
I still got out and mowed the lawn (and we have a big lawn) which resulted in breaking sweat so that something.
We went shopping as well and loaded up on some good fruit and veggies so there's no excuse not to eat like a champ.
I'll most likely have to stick to a fast walk on the mill until this back is healed up.
