This is awesome but some what unusual to drop 1kg overnight....

I am at my pms phase where I either loose or gain about 1 kg so it could just be temporarily a drop. not sure. I'll just have to see tomorrow... but will certainly not complain if it sticks! then I'm only 1 kg to goal!
121.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
