I wanted to record my weight and journal even though I have not lost an ounce of weight. I made it through Thanksgiving thankful that I did not overeat or eat flour or sugar! I have hit a plateau and those happen in life. I would be lying if I said it didnt bother me but I am not gonna quit. I am still gonne give 100% and things will work out as they should. I can still be proud of my effort! Way to go!
260.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
