Normally, I weigh myself on Monday, but I was feeling lucky. 2.2 so far this week. I'll take that!!
The diabetes educator I see took me off the last of my diabetes meds. I was running lows (unusual for someone not on insulin) so we said goodbye to the last of the metformin. Beginning the vegan (whole foods plant based) diet three weeks back was the turning point on this.
