First entry in almost 2 years.

Back down to pre-baby weight! Just over a stone lost in 11 weeks.

Focusing on realistic goals and creating new habits that I can stick to 🥗🚶🏼‍♀️
- 3l water daily
- 30 min - 1hr walk every day
- cal deficit (1650 daily goal)
- watch & track GL
- workout 4/5x a week
222.7 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
