I met some of myl buddies after so many days..I wasnt able to resist the beer..drank like a fish..about a pitcher and half..I dont know how many calories I took inside..even had some pizza...but I had decided one thing..whatever happens I will peddle for half an hour..I went for office 2day and even though I ws tired due to office work and yesterdays hangover effects..I went out and peddled for 30 mins..it was pleasure riding at night this time and njoyied the ride
200.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
