Why do I go all crazy with the carbs after a bad day? I need to keep myself in check.
256.6 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 113.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take deep breaths until you think it is enough and then let's find the reasons and solutions. Are you an emotional eater? Do you have any memories about food rewards when you were a child? I was an emotional eater and food was the easiest one which I could reach to comfort me. I can say that you are not alone, but you have to educate and train your mind and body otherwise, you will always have the same issue. A weight loss is not only reducing body size but also changing a lifestyle. One by one, change useless habits and attitudes to helpful ones for your better life. You can do it. Why not?
