10st 8.5lb (3 on at WW after hol, not too bad) Actually up a little on last week according to Wii, but not as much as half a pound so it could have been worse. Words are wind, as they say repeatedly in Game of Thrones, which I've just finished reading, and my words on here the last few months seem to have been wind for all the effect they've had. WW has a Christmas Challenge this week, so I hope it inspires me.
