I am out of state visiting family & friends but am NOT setting aside my daily,weekly or monthly goals. However,as I didn't bring along *my* scale & do not wish to be "deceived" by one that may or may not be in sync with mine I wont be weighing in until I return(Sat/Sun).
182.6 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 62.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 November 2014:

Ok Bill....for you :) my sons scale says up 2 lbs .....I better put a stop to their feeding me .....actually,I dont think I did too bad until I went to my best friends today!!! Yesterday I was under my calorie count & today Im over 5%. The rest of the week is planned meals :) And my friend has a scale she says is *very* accurate as her husband is a mechanic & uses it for car parts!!! What luck,huh?!! :))
