Yesterday was carbs overload. When I'm on my period I don't care about anything. Well, I don't need to be on my period to make bad choices. I need to work on it.

Anyway. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!
255.7 lb Lost so far: 35.1 lb.    Still to go: 112.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This was me yesterday, it’s rough. I have a tendency to overeat carby salty food the day before my period starts. But the best thing is that 1 day out of the month on your journey will not break you, it’s about consistency. And if anything you’ll learn more about yourself and what your habits are. Don’t get too down on yourself, you’re doing great!
