I love the green arrows!
yesterday did the extended fast again. which seems to be regulating my hunger. I opened my eating windows at around 13.50 and even then was barely hungry. I made sure to eat a quest bar and then dinner which was quite light.
not sure where my hunger has gone but I hope it's moved away permanently!
