OMG how awful to step on the scales and see the damage I did while away, also felt my clothes a little tighter, OH OH , but did I enjoy the Swiss experience ?? YES I DID, the chocs, and all that fab Ice cream and Cakes and pastries, not to mention the wonderful wines. now back to reality, Yes I did have a guilty conscience sometimes but not all !!!! Will have to try very hard to get back in the grove.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Sounds like you had a fantastic time. I know I would with the food you mentioned and you gained only a bit, maybe it's all just water weight. You will get that off in no time.
