I haven’t exercised in a long time. Surgery then Covid are solid reasons, and now it’s time to *honor my needs because I care about myself and want to be as complete as possible*.

Focus on treating your body well.

I’ll focus on what I WILL do (specific, detailed goal setting) rather than something to stop doing; intentional habit formation followed by positive reinforcements.

Design your environment to trigger your health habits! Developing routines reduces your need to rely on willpower.

Skill power, not willpower.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 37.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
