My second weekend in a row of over eating, over drinking and complete disregard to all common sense healthy eating habits!

DAMN, was THAT FUN! lol

On a serious note... I'll have these pounds off by weeks end!

I hope EVERYONE has a WONDERFUL week!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Well, 2lbs for 2 weeks of disregard, you made out pretty good. I can just think about food and gain 2 lbs it seems! Get back to the plan and those pounds come right off.

Weekends are tough for me too. So is Monday Night Football party, Taco Tuesday, Happy Hour Thurs. I guess Weds is my best day!!! Lol.

I'm with Jmb, coming out of it with a 2.0 gain is great for two weeks. Last weekend I did that for two days and came out of it with a 7 lb bounce. You shouldn't have a problem knocking off the 2 lbs.

Willie's got my vote! 2 lb gain in 2 wks? Not an issue unless you keep it up :) lds have a way of catching up & overtaking us when we aren't looking. Stay aware Mike.
