hectic stressful week . even though I'm eating, the effects of the past few weeks are showing in my weights.
while within my personal goals and range, I'm still not happy with myself, causing my depression to be bad, nor will Dr. be happy but it is what it is, and hopefully all will eventually even itself out!! have a good weekend!!
128.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
