1321 kcal Fat: 36.20g | Prot: 61.95g | Carb: 106.90g.   Breakfast: total cereal plus omega 3, kroger skimmed milk, coffee. Lunch: low sodium wheat bread, sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, sliced turkey healthy ones, yellow mustard. Dinner: Pork Chop, Emeril's Pico de Gallo, sweet leaf green tea, rainbow salad, Caesar Salad Dressing, coffee. Snacks/Other: hummus, saltines low sodium, merlot wine. more...
