Little disappointed to see this little gain after my efforts while being away BUT glad I measured waist/hips and have LOST 2cm + 1cm respectively 💃🔥🤩🥳
161.2 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
