OH OH not too bad, Delighted I have not gained, but the last few days have been strict as I did not want to have a big gain.
WHY is it when you really want to drop the few pounds and dress size, that everything conspires about trying to feed you the wrong food, give you treats, tempt you with fab wine, ?????
once again im heading into another week of high living, as I have to go overseas on a business trip for the last part of the week !!!! so I guess I will have to be careful about what I eat and exercise as much as I can for the first part.
but at least ive got my health at the moment and can fit into nice dresses for the trip.
180.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
