Yesterday was a good day,I met my goal to walk/run 5 milesin 1 hour 15 minutes, infact I almost did 6 miles in 1.5 hours. I was on the move. I did about 15 minutes of exercie in the evening. Still no weights. I think I may take some 3 lb. weights with me this morning.

My caloric intake for today is 1345.

Yesterday's Workout - 5.69 miles in 1 hour 23 minutes

Body Fat% - 24.8
Muscle Mass% - 41.5
Body Water% - 56.9
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs
137.8 lb Lost so far: 14.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
