here I am starting over again..ughhh I feel like a fat blob...lol Garden is done, which means winter is at our door here in Ohio..its already chilly and windy, so I'm sitting more which means..TIME TO GET OFF MY ASS DO TREADMILL AND BIKE!!!! Also..I started taking Bi-Flex with MSM extra strength...2 a day..because I ache so bad in the mornings, and I had pulled my back & had sciatica...In one wk almost all pain stopped and I get out of bed no problem...I have Ostio, and had both knees replaced 4 yrs ago..but this stuff has helped 100%...As far as I can tell anyone can take it but always check with your Dr. first!
