Thrilled. First 'real' week back tracking keto & fasting. Please with a loss as I'd convinced myself 'it won't work for me again' 🙌🏼💪🏼✌🏼😎🔥
160.1 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
