I have been dieting low carb for a while now and lost a stone. I do let myself have a treat day now and again, knowing I have it in me to be back on track the next day. I have just had 2 naughty days together and feeling pretty rubbish now its gained me 3lb! Now wanting to follow the atkins properly rather than my own version of low carb. I have 1 stone to loose, well now 1 stone 3! Currently weighing in at 10stone 3lb today, my goal is to be back to 9st. So here goes learning to track my carbs :)
144.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
